Lollapalooza Preview 2011
What’s not to love about music festivals? Nothing, that’s correct. We love any and all music festivals but have to admit we have a little bit of extra love for Lollapalooza. I mean, c’mon, it’s an el stop away, located in the beautiful Grant Park, has the best lineup, and it’s the perfect kickoff to the “end” of summer- that’s not even about being biased anymore.
So this year, instead of heckling you with a rundown of ALL the acts, we decided to pull the best and the brightest and preview them here for you.
You know how during the year we peer pressure you to see fabulous shows via our Tip-Off feature? Yep, it’s sort of like that but it’s all Lollapalooza.
We asked these artists a few questions about Chicago, Lollapalooza and other things we wanted to know, and now (generously) we’ve compiled their answers for you.
So get your pen and paper out and mark these guys down, these are the must-see acts of Lollapalooza…
You’re welcome,
Nora and Bridie
